All children in BVSD schools should have the opportunity to experience an outstanding education. I am deeply concerned that this opportunity will not be available to students when combining Mesa and Bear Creek into one school. The very large number of students, two specialized programs, and physical space of Bear Creek all contribute to make this an untenable situation for both staff and students. I am very opposed to combining these two schools.
