I strongly urge you to pause this process and pivot to ensure it is evidence based. As a parent of 3 children at Mesa preschool and Bear Creek elementary, I am enormously concerned. Your proposal would lead to larger classes and a lower quality education for my children, and the other children in our community. Bear Creek would be overfilled, and there would no longer be alternate walkable options. Also, there is no plan for preschool, and it is essential. Additionally, putting two ILCs in Bear Creek will not serve those children.
